Affiliate marketing is a very popular method that many people use every day to make money on the Internet. This method of selling online is really quite simple and can be a very lucrative way to generating a nice monthly income. In fact affiliate marketing makes many people thousands of dollars a month. The basic concept is this:
Merchants/publishers (the manufacturers or the product vendors) pays their affiliates (you) commissions to promote/sell their products.

You see the fact is that nearly every merchant advertising on the Internet uses affiliates to help market their products. And the great thing is that 95% of the time it won’t cost you a penny to become their affiliate! … That’s right! … you simply sign up for their product(s) you want to promote and then promote them on your website, the Internet, or anywhere you want.

As simple as the concept of affiliate marketing is (depending on the method one chooses to sell affiliate products) it requires that you follow certain rules/concepts in order to be successful. For example if you already have a website and you want to monetize your site with some affiliate products … then the products you choose should be either related to your niche or products that you actually use to conduct your business.
However if you are a newbie then your options are wide open as you have nothing to hang your hat on as of yet. I say “yet” because your first step would be to decide what type of website or Internet business you want to create. adding links to your affiliate products on your website via display ads, text ads, and/or within your article content … that when “clicked” sends your readers to your vendors “sales page.” If the sales page is well written and the reader is truly motivated they will click on the “BUY” option and ….
